Tracking and delivery

Use the tracking number provided by Junfeng on the relevant carrier tracking page. You can also send the number to our team for help interpreting the status.

International shipments can have gaps during consolidation, transfer, customs, and carrier handoff. Check the expected timing first, then ask our team to investigate an extended gap.

Depending on the service, final delivery may be handled by UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or a truck carrier. The route arrangement determines the carrier.

Contact Junfeng and the last-mile carrier quickly to ask about correction, redelivery, or pickup. Address correction, storage, redelivery, and returns may create charges.

Check the outer packaging before signing. Photograph visible damage, note it as required by the carrier, and keep the label and unpacking evidence.
