Contact our team for receiving and registration instructions. Register in the mini program, bind your receiving details, and then arrange delivery to the Junfeng warehouse.

Ask our team for the correct entry point, complete registration and login, and confirm that your name and phone number are accurate.

Enter the warehouse address supplied by Junfeng as the order address and add the requested identifier. Keep the domestic tracking number so the parcel can be checked after dispatch.

Prepare the item name, quantity, weight, and dimensions, then use a domestic carrier to send the parcel to the warehouse. Ask first about fragile, oversized, or special goods.

First confirm delivery with the domestic tracking number, then check the intake record in the mini program or with our team. Carrier delivery and warehouse registration are separate steps.

Review the intake list, select the parcels to ship together, and submit a packing or consolidation request with any reinforcement or repacking instructions.

Review the packed weight, dimensions, and service charge confirmed by the system or our team. Confirm any question about the amount before completing payment.

After dispatch, use the provided tracking number or tracking entry to follow transit, customs, and last-mile delivery. Contact our team when the status needs review.
