Packing and consolidation

Review the parcels in the mini program, select the items and service, then submit packing with any reinforcement, repacking, or outer-packaging instructions.

Parcels can generally be consolidated when the service and packing conditions allow it. Confirm the combined weight, dimensions, and whether any goods cannot be packed together.

You can request it, but availability, handling charges, and treatment of original packaging depend on warehouse and service rules.

Use a strong outer carton with suitable dimensions and cushioning. Fragile, liquid, powder, battery, and oversized goods need the packing method required by their service.

Ask before dispatch. Repacking can require a new weight check, revised quote, and handling charge.
